The I-95 CC Support Services project conducted a series of Peer-to-Peer meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity for face-to-face conversations on a variety of 511 topics and issues. Some topics/issues discussed were:
- The detailed examination and exchange of problems encountered with
implementing 511 and lessons learned,
- Extended discussion of technical issues (e.g., communications backbones,
interoperability, transferability, etc.) and logistical issues (e.g.,
contracts with telecommunications carriers, legal issues, costs, etc.),
- Homeland Security Information,
- Information Standardization—Websites,
- Information Standardization—Phone,
- Marketing, and
- Focus Groups.
