The I-95 CC Support Services project conducted a series of Peer-to-Peer meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity for face-to-face conversations on a variety of 511 topics and issues. Some topics/issues discussed were:

  • The detailed examination and exchange of problems encountered with implementing 511 and lessons learned,
  • Extended discussion of technical issues (e.g., communications backbones, interoperability, transferability, etc.) and logistical issues (e.g., contracts with telecommunications carriers, legal issues, costs, etc.),
  • Homeland Security Information,
  • Information Standardization—Websites,
  • Information Standardization—Phone,
  • Marketing, and
  • Focus Groups.
