Coalition Projects

Each year since its inception in 1993, the I-95 Corridor Coalition has developed an annual workplan that includes a variety of projects that are funded by the Coalition for the benefit of its members. Detailed information about each project ever funded by the Coalition has been documented in the Project Database.

  Project Forms and Guidelines Overview

The Coalition has provided all members and support consultants with a page where project forms and guidelines have been posted to be accessible whenever they might be needed.  Project Forms that are available include:  project idea, scope of work, quarterly report, and project summary and closeout.

In the development of the Coalition’s Annual Workplan, project guidance PDF is issued to all of the Coalition’s Program Track Committees by the Coalition’s Executive Board.  The guidance provides priorities for the Program Track Committees should consider when developing project ideas.

If a Coalition member or support consultant is new to managing a Coalition project, it is essential that they take the Coalition’s Project Management course to familiarize themselves with their role and responsibilities associated with their assignment.  The course is offered on the website and is self-paced.

  Project Database Overview

The Project Database is a clearinghouse of every project ever funded by the Coalition.  It contains information such as project: title, code, description, objectives, budget, oversight committee, status, scope, deliverables, contacts, summary, and actions.
