Six Program Tracks provide the structure through which the Coalition's strategies, identified in the Strategic Plan, are accomplished. Each track focuses on a functional or support category of work that the Coalition intends to pursue during the next five-year period.

These committees meet on a frequency determined by need within the Committee. Participation is open to anyone with an interest in the programmatic goals of that particular committee. Membership is from the Coalition agencies and various private partners with whom the Coalition has contracted with to assist in supporting the work.

Below is a list of the Coalition's current Program Track Committees with their description. By clicking on a specific committee you can find out its goals and objectives, leadership, members, information about upcoming meeting, previous meeting minutes, and projects that the group is overseeing:

Manage and/or coordinate activities that cut across the other program tracks or involve more than a single program track.

Support the development of a seamless, transparent network of regional, multimodal traveler information systems.

Facilitate, support, and enhance the coordination and implementation of interagency efforts in response to major incidents and special events of regional significance along the I-95 Corridor to minimize adverse impacts on the public.

Promote the funding and cost-effective deployment of ITS/CVO technologies and systems.

Promote reliable, efficient, and balanced intermodal transportation throughout the Coalition states by supporting leadership, information technology, and operations that improve the intermodal movement of freight and passengers.

Foster the implementation of interoperable, corridor-wide, multimodal electronic payments systems (EPS).

Serve as a clearinghouse for performance-based best practices in highway safety policy, planning, operations, and countermeasures across engineering, enforcement, and education disciplines.
